Warranty

Welcome to Classic Deck Design. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and craftsmanship. Below are the details of our warranty policy, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind with every deck we build.

Craftsmanship Warranty - 5 Years

We stand by the quality of our work. All of our craftsmanship is warranted for 5 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

  • Workmanship: Any defects in workmanship that result in a failure of the deck structure to perform as intended.

  • Installation: This includes issues arising from improper installation that do not comply with our standards.

Conditions and Exclusions:

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • It covers only the labor and installation services provided by Classic Deck Design.

  • It does not cover materials, as they are covered under their respective warranties.

  • This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, normal wear and tear, or any modifications made after installation.
